What Makes Us Different

At Innate Healthcare Institute, we combine the precision of regenerative medicine with a whole-body approach to aesthetics and skin health. While we incorporate many of the proven treatments used in clinics across the country, our real distinction lies in how we use biologically active therapies like platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedling, and advanced facial rejuvenation technologies like Versa Pro—all delivered the S.T.E.M. way: Safety-first, Transparent, Evidence-informed, and Mindful.

Why We Use Regenerative Aesthetic Techniques

Unlike approaches that rely on temporary fillers or muscle-paralyzing agents, regenerative aesthetics focuses on stimulating your body’s natural repair signals. Treatments like our unique PRP and microneedling help prompt the skin to regenerate collagen, improve tone and texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sun damage—without surgery or synthetic implants.

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is derived from a small sample of your own blood and processed to concentrate growth factors and signaling proteins. When applied through microneedling or targeted injection, these signals can support cell turnover, vascular response, and tissue remodeling—promoting smoother, firmer, more radiant skin.
  • Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering the body’s repair cascade. When paired with biological topicals like PRP, the effects are enhanced—stimulating collagen production and improving texture, elasticity, and tone.
  • Versa Pro™ is our minimally-invasive platform for facial and body rejuvenation, using multi-modality energy delivery to support circulation, detoxification, muscle tone, and skin firmness—without downtime.

Aesthetic Care, Backed by Science

Recent studies support the regenerative potential of PRP and microneedling in aesthetic applications:

  • A study in Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology reported significant improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and wrinkle depth using PRP microneedling on photodamaged skin.
  • Microneedling alone has been shown to increase dermal collagen and improve the appearance of acne scars, laxity, and discoloration—with minimal side effects and no extended downtime.

Why Our Patients Choose This Path

  • Minimally-invasive — No surgery, no artificial fillers, and little to no downtime
  • Biologically aligned — We tap into your body’s natural healing response
  • More natural-looking results — Gradual tissue remodeling often leads to a fresher, not frozen, look
  • Integrative by design — We address underlying factors like circulation, inflammation, and skin metabolism—so results don’t just look better, they feel better too

Versa Pro Aesthetics + Regenerative Support

At Innate Healthcare Institute, we elevate advanced energy-based modalities—Venus Versa Pro a multi-application aesthetic device that utilizes various technologies to address a range of skin concerns. It’s not just a laser, but a system that combines (IPL, NanoFractional RF, and (MP)² technology (combining Multi-Polar Radio Frequency and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields), AC Dual (IPL) and OctiPolar MP²)—. This allows it to perform treatments like skin resurfacing, skin tightening, treat acne and body contouring, with our proprietary post-treatment care using topical and injectable regenerative options.

The result? Skin rejuvenation and tightening that feels sophisticated, modern, and comfortable, with very minimal downtime compared to more invasive lasers like CO2 —without systemic claims or overstated promises.

How It Works

The Venus Versa Pro platform combines multiple proven energy technologies to stimulate your skin’s natural renewal processes.

Anti-aging and rejuvenation:

  • IPL Photorejuvenation: Delivers targeted pulses of light to break up pigment, reduce redness, and restore a more even tone.
  • Fractional Radiofrequency: Tightens skin using radio waves to heat the tissue and stimulate collagen production.
  • Viva MD Resurfacing: Creates micro injuries to trigger the body’s natural healing process, creating collagen and elastin. This improves skin texture, reduces wrinkles, minimizes pores, and improves acne scarring.

Acne scarring:

  • AC Dual: Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) with blue and red light technology kills bacteria under the skin and reduces existing acne scaring and inflammation to promote faster healing.

Body contouring:

  • OctiPolar™ (MP² + PEMF): Uses multi-polar RF with pulsed electromagnetic fields to gently heat the skin, promoting tightening and improved elasticity.

At Innate Healthcare Institute, we enhance these results by applying topical UC-MSC conditioned media/lysate and exosome-rich serums immediately after treatment. This supports hydration, soothes irritation, and complements your skin’s post-procedure recovery phase. Optional micro-channeling can help these bioactive topicals penetrate more effectively.

Microneedling:
The Skinpen®

Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves the use of a small device called a microneedling pen to create tiny punctures in the skin. The punctures trigger the skin’s natural healing process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, two proteins that help to keep the skin firm and elastic.

Microneedling is often used for anti-aging and resurfacing skincare as it can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. The punctures created during the procedure can also enhance the penetration of topical skincare products such as PRP and exosomes, allowing them to be absorbed more effectively and providing greater benefits to the skin.

The microneedling process typically takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. Before the procedure, a numbing cream may be applied to the skin to minimize any discomfort. During the procedure, the microneedling device is gently rolled over the skin, creating tiny punctures in the skin’s surface. Depending on the skins condition a series of 3-6 treatments are recommended. Treatments are done four weeks apart.

We use the world’s first Class II microneedling device in the world to be cleared by the U.S. FDA, clinically shown to safely and effectively treat wrinkles and acne scars. SkinPen® is U.S designed and engineered for safety and excellence:

  • Patented and validated sterile cartridge with precise depth, straight needles support the skin’s natural healing process, where others may damage skin unnecessarily.
  • The first advanced, advanced, medical grade microneedling product U.S. market with precise and safe needling depth adjustment.
  • Laboratory tested, proprietary technology to prevent cross-contamination.

This has been well worth the investment. I’m really surprised by the results—how instant I saw change. I would highly recommend it.”

How it works

  1. Schedule a consult
Book a visit with one of our medical aestheticians or physician providers. We’ll talk through your goals—whether it’s smoother skin, improved texture, firmness, or reducing the visible signs of aging. You can bring photos, past treatment history, or simply an open mind.
  2. Personalized treatment plan
We assess your skin type, sensitivities, health history, and lifestyle. Based on this, we build a step-by-step plan that may include:
    • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) microneedling
    • Versa Pro non-invasive facial and body contouring
    • Skin nutrition, hydration, and metabolic support
    • Topical regenerative serums paired with microneedling or Versa Pro

We we love it

We love aesthetic medicine that respects biology and empowers people to look refreshed—not artificial.

Our approach focuses on restoring what’s already there, not reshaping it into something it never was. Whether you’re looking to improve texture, reduce visible signs of aging, or simply bring life back to your skin, we focus on treatments that work with your body, not around it.

Here’s why we love what we do:

It’s regenerative, not synthetic
Instead of freezing muscles or injecting fillers, we use microneedling, PRP, and non-invasive modalities like Versa Pro to stimulate your body’s natural repair response. These treatments encourage collagen production, improve circulation, and enhance skin resilience—from the inside out.

It’s subtle, natural-looking, and real
There’s nothing extreme here. Results unfold over weeks, not overnight—giving your skin time to remodel, refine, and glow. The goal is “you, refreshed”, not unrecognizable.

It’s personalized
We tailor each plan to your skin, lifestyle, and comfort level. Whether it’s a low-downtime PRP microneedling series, Versa Pro facial sculpting with regenerative serums, every step is designed around you.

It’s smarter than aggressive, one-size-fits-all methods
Why overcorrect when you can regenerate? Our patients love that we stack gentle but effective treatments, review results often, and never push you into anything you don’t need.
