Patient Care Manager

Sarah is our Patient Care Manager that provides support for our Patient Care Coordinators and is a key part of the leadership team. She is passionate about making sure people feel comfortable and confident when considering Innate Healthcare Institute on their healing journey. Being an Arizona native, she grew up in beautiful Sedona and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Arizona State University (ASU). After many years of gaining customer service/client success experience with Indeed.com, her journey has led her to Innate Healthcare Institute to help lead the team in assisting potential patients.

Sarah also co-owns a business, Crystal Intent, selling handmade, personalized resin art with the intention of helping people both mentally and spiritually. In her free time she likes spending time with her daughter, family and friends, exploring outdoors, traveling, exercising, and relaxing at home. She is always looking for ways to grow so she can be the best version of herself in life and for her family.
